Natalie, raised in Santa Barbara by a family involved in real estate ever
since she was a small child, has learned about the many different aspects
of real estate from her parents. Her mother, co-owner of Village Properties
and her father a contractor have passed down the passion and love of real

effectively when either buying or selling a home. Brian relocated to Santa
Barbara from New York over a decade ago, brings experience in finance
and law. That experience has taught Brian the skills to listen and
